Broker/Owner Stanley Der has been involved in real estate for 13 years. He spent 15 years in sales with companies such as IBM and HP, honing his marketing, sales, contracting, and people skills.
Stanley spent 5 years as a MD/VA/DC Certified Real Estate Instructor/Trainer, teaching hundreds of agents the many aspects of real estate contracts, regulations, and procedures. From the start of his real estate career 15 years ago, Rob has been sought by many customers for his keen ability to listen and respond to client needs. His background stems from 10 years in the mortgage industry by helping his customers qualify and understand the demands of the loan origination process. That has carried well for the last 5 years in real estate as a MD-licensed agent through his work ethic and promptness to follow up on behalf of his customers.
Additionally, he has 10 years of experience with contracts, a common and necessary aspect of any real estate transaction, which he helps customers get through the muddle to proactively serve on their behalf. His background also includes managing multiple real estate investment properties and has helped many customers find their dream homes or those investment gems.
